Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a sixteen year old American who was from Miami Florida. Her mother is English the other half Spanish. The parents of her were Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. Her father, an Argentinean of Scottish as well as English heritage is also her mother. She is Spanish and has English roots. She was the first born of a family with six kids. Four of her siblings are from the previous marriage to Taylor's father. They resided in Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy reached the age of six, then moved to Victoria district of London. Taylor Joy stated that moving from Buenos Aires to Victoria was a struggle and she did not take the time to learn English, hoping to go again to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school after she changed schools from Northlands. Later she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. When she was 16, she quit the school to explore acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy was destined to be an actress at a young age. Her dreams were realized when Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
