Emma Rose Kenney is an American actor from the United States. She was the character Deborah Gallagher on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. She also played Harris Conner Healy on Roseanne. Kenney was born on the streets of New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer previously of the New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer), are her parents. Emma Kenney is born the exact same spot like Emmy Rossum. Kenney was born in and raised in Manhattan, is the 19-year-old actress who is the character Debbie Shameless, the Showtime television's most popular drama, Shameless.
