Anna Silk was born in Fredericton as the child of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, a multi-talented actress, director, producer, playwright, educator, and Director of Drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Anna Silk was the daughter of the British father and British-born Turkish Cypriot mother. As a young kid, she made the rounds in commercials of various kinds. Anna relocated out of Toronto and moved to Los Angeles in 1999. Seth Cooperman met Anna at an Los Angeles actor's workshops in 2007. They were engaged. Anna changed her religion to Judaism in the month of January, 2011, and then they re-wed in a Jewish wedding ceremony in Fredericton.
